Let’s take a look at one of the founders of ASR Solutions, Tom Trzeciak. Tom has a substantial background in the Transportation Industry. A few of the roles he has held are Consultant, Controller, and IT Manager. After years of working in the industry, Tom noticed limitations in some areas of support that were available for companies in regards to software, finance, and customization. He knew that this particular client base did not have many options when it came to quality, cost-effective, and timely service for their technology and development needs. So in 2005, ASR Solutions was born.

Tom is driven to ensure his company becomes a market leader for services in the industry, but he’s not all business. He has a very close knit family, and staff will often see him proudly post photos from band practices, soccer games and school functions. Tom is an avid outdoors-man who loves to fish and hunt, he also enjoys mountain bike riding. He is Captain of a Local APA Pool Team, as well as a strong supporter of his community. Tom has a musical and athletic history behind him too. Growing up he played trumpet as a member of the Mighty Gator High School Marching Band, and played guitar in a band where fellow members dubbed him the “Riff Master”. Tom has played baseball, soccer, basketball, and up until a few years ago he also played competitive softball.
